There is a few hard braking spots, but you dont slow way down. Maybe only turn 2. The track keeps the speed up more constant. If I recall the only hard braking zones are turns 1, 4, 10 and 16 and even those at B+ pace are not a fist full. My hard braking zones are: turn 1, turn 2, turn 4, lost hills (not sure of the number), into the sweeper (not sure of the number) and the last corner. My biggest speed drops are turns 1, entering the sweeper and the last corner. Those three turns are the only ones I downshift 2 gears going into it. Turn 2 feels the sketchiest on the brakes for me because it is the slowest point on the track and has that slick looking patch.

I treat the corners like Miller, I call them by their names.

I missed a downshift there once (long, long ago...) on my old carburated gixxer 750 with 39mm flat slides... stalled at the apex when I got on the gas, threw me over the windscreen and kicked the back end WAY out... then bump started itself as I got off the gas, throwing me back on the bike LOL. Recovered in time to get a wheelie over the hill... had to redeem myself! Lucky I didn't crash, but man was that fun!

I accidently downshifted into neutral coming into 2, I stood the bike back up, grabbed 1st and just pinned it coming out hoping to make up for it. Brownlee was next to me looking at me funny...

Hey Josh BL. It is normal to use your handlebars when going of the track through the infield. It seems to help with the steering of the motorcycle. It is nice to see what you show case in the video. Good job SFS.

That makes sense; because a map certainly isn’t' something that should be standardized and consistent.

They use names instead which I think works better for tracks with multiple configurations. Have you ever tried to figure out the corner numbers for RFR?
