Hey 775 riders... just thought I'd be friendly and say hello.
I'm moving to Reno (from Vancouver, Canada) in a couple weeks, just in time for the Fernley track day. Don't know if I'll have my bike there in time for it, but I'll certainly try to come and check it out.
I found this site looking for trackdays, so good job to whoever's idea it was to advertise on CL.

You now have 100 more friends in Reno. What part of town are you moving to? Let us know if you need anything as the move gets closer. Do you ski or snowboard, also?
We're glad to have you local. (although 604 is pretty cool, also)

I have a 2001 F4i track bike. No street bike. I haven't street ridden in ages, although I'm looking to get back into it... so I'll be lurking through the "For Sale" forum on this site.
I'm moving to a place near, uhhhh, if you head north on 395 leaving downtown... it's before you hit California? Not specific enough? I do know I'll be working in the south meadows area, though.
I grew up near Whistler, so hells yeah, I snowboard. I'm looking forward to Tahoe.
As far as anything I might need... thanks for the offer. When I blow into town with my U-Haul, I could use a hand unloading? And if anyone is selling a 2000 or newer 600cc supersport, I'm totally interested. I like stock, 'cause stock is how I roll. Please PM me.
Looking forward to meeting all of you, hanging out, riding (orderly) on the street, dicing it out on the track, flame warring on this site, etc. etc. etc.

Some of us only have track bikes as well. I just sold the same bike. Well mine was a 03 but its the same bike.
You know where to find us when you need help. Some of us live in the north valleys also. Some in lemmln valley some in cold springs.

FINALLY!
After a few trips back and forth to Homeland Security / US Border Protection, I got my visa. Never mind I was supposed to start my job yesterday, I finally got it.
I'm at Vancouver Airport typing this, and looking forward to finally living in Reno and riding with you fine folks.
Apologies to those of you I've had discussions with regarding selling gear, and buying bikes. I've had a terrible time in the last couple weeks getting my paperwork in order to finally get my visa.
So... who wants to pick me up at the airport?
