Sunday RideWhen: 9/12Where: CherokeeMeets: RenoDeparts: 9amThis is one of my favorite rides we do. This ride has something for everyone. There are tight mountain twenties, open sweepers and up and down, roller coaster, single-track type back country roads. This is an advanced ride, as Bucks Lake rd and Cherokee are very technical and in general all over the place. This combined with it being a longer ride at ~350mi. This ride is do-able for new, though they should be advised of the conditions, and should follow a ride leader through the technical sections. That is almost the same ride I am making on Thursday. I'm riding to Chico for a 12k mi service on my BMW F800GS. Leaving at 6 or 7 AM and headed down and back that day.
Anyone interested in a preview? LOL. I'll let ya know how it is.., : D
