I second getting a hold of myron. tanks can be repaired instead of getting a new one.
I also second "are you ok?"

Most of the time the tank get pushed in some on one side. That is normal, I have fixed lots of them. If it holds gas you are good. If it is super duper bad, we can find a dented on on ebay. Perfect tanks just to swap expect to pay in the 300s. Dented tanks around 150-225. I wouldn't even charge more than a 100 bucks for labor and materials. I am sure you can fine some one locally to do the same thing, if not let me know.
That will help your tank. How do "you" feel? Crap happens, Live and learn. Everyone goes down sooner or later. Wear the gear cause you cant plan when your going kiss the asphalt.

Yes I'm okay. My wallet and pride hurt more lol. The handle bars bent in and put a massive dent in the tank. Thanks for the offer Myron, I'll get back to you. Do you just pop the dent back out?

Most gas tanks are constructed of some pretty stiff steel and they cannot just be popped out (speaking from experience with my gas tank). The only way to pop them out is to drill holes in them and that is not really a good idea. What I have seen is that the dent is just filled in with a fiber filler, sanded and then painted.

Glad you're ok.
What myron was talking about was the 'pride' getting hurt. Don't sweat it as it happens to everyone. We balance the thing on two small strips of rubber. Eventually it falls to one side (and sometimes the other)
