Ha ha, you may have never heard of the problem, but if you've stood next to chad or my bike you've defiantly heard it. It sounds a little bit like Alberto's clutch ;D

I have one on my GSXR. It's just a fancy bolt with a locknut, in the CCT housing. Instead of the spring automatically apply pressure, you set it yourself. Loosen the locknut, then adjust the bolt for more or less chain tension. The end of the "bolt" bears against the cam chain guide.
