Inquiring minds want to know We decided that EVERYONE will be paying something. To keep the costs as low as they are, we cant afford to have people riding for "free" ;D We have no set "rules" at the moment but it is something I will bring up with the rest of the board and get a consensus on |

Thanks Alan. Since there weren't rules before and it caused such a stink I think it would be a good idea to have something put down. Can't have someone's brothers-sisters-uncles-cousin doing free days just because he has long hair and gave someone a spark plug once ;D

hey. one more thing. I think when/if you do give discounts, they should be paid for from the profits of the LAST trackday, not speculations on the current day. Giving away too many discounts will jeopardize the current one if the numbers aren't met. So that should be priority. Pay now, discount later.

Who is the club's contact for journalists (+ phone #)? Will SPL or somebody be there slinging tires? Will a roach coach be there? Got a club official to say anything quotable?
