Yes, It's important for us to have an idea of how many people will be attending. Pre-registration is a must so we can be adequately staffed.

The track committee determined that the super low discount pricing will remain until JULY 30th This is required so we can provide adequate staffing. The vendors also would like an estimate so that they can marshal the required inventory and staff to fulfill rider's needs. 30 people at the gate on Saturday will change the landscape dramatically!

Team Gorgonzola, Thanks for bringing your question to the forum. It allows me opportunity to explain the 2 stage pricing to the rest of the community.
Without two stage pricing, we run the risk of having 50% of the attendees show up track-side without preregistering. Preregistration is required so the tire vendor knows how many sets to bring, for Joe to know how many other photographers he'll need to adequately cover the event, and for the number of control riders/mentors required to keep everyone safe and supported, etc. We can't go into Saturday morning blind if we are to provide the quality event our riders deserve!
We really ought to leave this thread for general information.

Do you need anything? Have all the gear? I know elite people who can help. I'm almost there. I've got the helmet (obv), leathers, hopefully buying boots tomorrow then I just need to keep my eyes open for some one selling full gauntlet gloves. (let me know if you see any) I just saw my friend Aly tonight, she said no problem to borrowing her truck that weekend; so that solves the problem of getting my prepped bike to the track.

Make sure you have help loading the bike onto the truck. We'll help if you shout, " Field trip to South Lake! "

They always have some inexpensive gloves at the Kawasaki shop or Michaels in Reno. Joe Rockets and they work just fine.
They give anyone who asks a 10% "club" discount at Michaels usually...
