Cool, thanks. I'll keep my eyes peeled for a used or inexpensive new pair. But if nothing comes up I may just take you up on that. Thanks.

There will be a fuel vendor at the track. It is still highly recommended that you bring your own gas but Sunoco will have gas at the track during our trackday. Here is what they have at the track: 260 GT = 100 octane & oxygenated (has ethanol) = $8.00/gal 260 GTX - this is the nascar mix. 98 octane, non-oxygenated (no ehtanol) = $8.50/gal 110 = this is a leaded fuel. Pretty sure its for race cars. 110 octane = $7.50/gal Prices may vary but those are what they are today. Here is the info & specs from the Sunoco website: www.sunocoinc.com/site/Consumer/RaceFuels/UnleadedFuels

I'm new to the group (like TODAY new), and just signed up myself and my neighbor (Roxy - first track day ) for the Saturday track day. A few questions about the track as I've never been there before: - what configuration will we ride?
- what time will the gates open?
- in the paddock, is electricity or water hook-up available (thinking a portable fan with misters attached in case it's hot)?
And we'll be coming up from Kalifornia Friday afternoon and staying in Fernley if anyone wants to get together for a few beers!

Hi W.AR.N.M. Welcome to the board... a few quick answers before dinner.
We'll be riding configuration C - full course. Gates open early AM. 7 if I recall. (7:30 reg begins?). It is posted up here somewhere too. No electricity hook ups in the paddock unfortunately. You got a generator? bring it cause that sounds like a great plan you have there....
A few of us are camping at the track Friday night. There will be Friday night drag races going on so that is kinda fun to watch. They are giving $500 to the fastest bike in the drags actually! $35 to enter.
