By reference points do you mean turn in markers, braking markers or exit markers?

exit markers... that's a new concept to me... Is that were you look through the turn and prep for the next?

Love to hear the braking markers and turn in markers? I'm still trying to figure a lot of this out for myself. :-)

I just use a black marker. Turn in markers, the rattle snake in 2, cyote in 7, rabbit in 15, horse in 22. I have seen it all. Sometimes they are ture out markers too.

turn one- I touch the white paint and creep over it and turn in 3/4 of the way down the white stripe.
Turn 1a I fight like hell to turn the bars the other direction because my steering stabilizer is progressive with speed.
1b and 1c are spent cursing Honda for putting in that type of electronic stabilizer.

This is really the best way to explain the track that anyone can post: www.bayarearidersforum.com/forums/showthread.php?t=217511If you have any questions on specific markers I'd be glad to show you at the track. I haven't been there in a year and a lot of things have changed since then.

And the track is open on Friday afternoon for us to take a slow ride around to discuss markers, turns, set up cones, etc!!
So for all whom can come out early Friday we can take a ride around to discuss!!
