ok im just wondering how old everyone was when they started racing? that would be my goal eventually and i guess i need to realize if i dont start racing tomorrow its not too late.

I started this year at 26. In club racing I'm on the younger side of the grid. Many of the pros started really young but most of us started when we realized we wanted to and could afford it. You don't have to worry about being to old to start. There are novices that are in their 50s. Age isn't as important as being a competent rider.

I started 3 season ago at 43. There is a guy racing in the AFM who is 63 and he is FAST!!!! it's never to late to start but the younger the better, money is always the problem ;D
