When running slicks do yoons guys have different suspention settings?

Changing brands of slicks requires tweaking, too If there is a dimensional change between slicks vs. DOT so there would be subtle differences in ride height, geometry, which changes weight distribution which. . . The answer is technically yes. . . Even different tracks require different suspension setups. As I develop my skill, I require different suspension settings, too $20 spent with JPH Suspension at our track day, may be the best 20 dollars you've spent in a very long time

Yep. There will be suspension tuning at the track. Get over there and get it set up right brother!!

Same suspension spring and hydraulic settings. If the slicks/DOTs are different diameters, then different geometry settings.

The different changes with any tire is to make the bikes geometry the sasme as it was. There is ony a handfull of people here that would feel it.

It's also brand dependent. Pirelli slicks and DOT's have the exact same profile and compound. Pirelli basically cuts grooves into their slicks to get DOT tires (not the actual process, but similar results).
