Do you have a thread for obtaining volunteers to help out at the events? Or maybe I should ask if you need people to help out at the events. I am available if you need people. Certainly for the September one. I don't know the date of the October event but as long as it does not coincide with the AFM races on Oct 2/3, I can help out there as well.

I will actually need volunteers, I am putting together the amount of staff I need outside of tech, registration and safety instructors. I should have a number and will post a thread on needing help. SO COUNT YOURSELF IN

Can a 600 race in the 750 class also? If they could you might get more entries, maybe not more people, but more races per person. I'd rather race 4 races on Sunday than race 2.

Contingency payout as of right now for you since you will be running in either Production or Superbike Class are..
1st -400 paid out by TTP 2nd-200 paid out by TTP 3rd- 100 paid out by TTP
(Additional Contingency is gift certs from Pirelli,Michelin and Honda.)
You can enter a 600cc into the 750 class if you choose to. I believe we actually have one other person trying to do the same thing you are.

I was reading the rulebook and saw that passing is allowed under a standing yellow. I'm curious as to why you are allowing it. Also, if there is a dispute, who determines if the flag was standing or waving?

Is this a pre-entry only event or can I sign up the day of the race? I won't know if I'll be able to make it until the day before the race.

Any rulebook questions will be addressed at the riders meeting. In reference to registering, our cut off is a week before the event. We are not allowing last minute entries (day before) as we need time to prep all race entries with zoomius.

Why are you addressing rulebook items at the riders meeting? Shouldn't they be set before hand. I'm not trying to be pain in the ass but before I decide to race at a track with a race company I'd like to understand all of the rules, scheduling, and workings before I sign up.

OK, then reading the rulebook if I register today for four races my cost would be $372 ($207 for first race and $55x3 for additional races). If I had to cancel then my refund would be $362? ($372-$10 administration fee) I'd like to be clear as to how much money I'll be risking if I decide to sign up and end up getting a job.

You are correct sir! Except I wont keep the 10.00 admin fee. If we dont get enough racers we will just refund everyone.
