The Miller track surface grabs Asphalt & Gas leather knee pucks and tries to pull you off your bike. It might be something you can get used to or adjust for (I already barely touch and skim) but a couple scary experiences my first time there was enough for me.
I've seen Melissa Paris and Josh Hayes survive riding at Miller with a+g pucks.

I'm a huge fan of leather pucks and I agree with Erik: No leather pucks at Miller. Even on my SV there was much grip that I was going to be removed from my bike...

Actually last time I talked to Jerome he said to be sure to tell people that anyone from Reno is welcome to use the SSA garage. That was last Friday.... if he is still getting one that might work for people. Who else is going? Look for us there Friday. Pit close together? |
