I pulled this off their site. Looks like our dates and the ttp date is the last of the year  . At least RFRT has a few Test and Tunes dates through the fall,winter and spring. The year is comming to a end soon . Sorry to relay the bad news. "A DRAGON" posted this on the ssa site oct 3 2010. Sorry guys. I've been in Mexico all last week. Recovering from vacation and having family in town also. I've decided to cancel our last track day of the season. Oct. 22nd and 23rd. It's just not in the best interest of the SSA. I think we need to prepare for next year at this point. Our schedule will be announced as soon as I can get some weekends dates from RFR. We do have to wait for AFM, AMA and FIM schedules are out. I don't want to have a date on a race weekend that's on the west coast. I don't like doing this and I'm sorry if I have disappointed anyone for doing this. All 2 for 1 certificates will still be honored next year. I'll have a general meeting in a few weeks and we can talk about it all then. Again sorry for all the inconvenience all this has caused. |

Its starting to get cold anyways. It'll probably be snowing soon. Hopefully everything will be in order for next year though.

Oh wow! How cool would it be if Buell made snowmobile sleds. the rotax engine started in bombardier snowmobiles along with the aprilia stuff FIRST. the buell/rotax agreement came much later. my engine definitely has roots in snowmobiling! snow spikes here i come! |

there's nothing harley about it anymore. literally the ONLY thing stamped on the 1125 that is HD: the coolant tank reservoir rubber cap. everything else was made in a different factory with different suppliers and nothing crosses over from the air cooled twins to the liquid cooled bikes. in fact, the 1125's have a ducati voltage regulator on it. the general consensus over buell now almost a year after the shutdown is that erik buell himself will be reemerging as a new company, leaving all of the neat stuff that harley has the patent lockdown on behind, and starting fresh with better financial backing and less hands tied in order to make an even cooler bike than before. |
