Hello everyone! My name is Daniella, I ride a Green 2009 Kawasaki 650R and I live in Reno. I found a this site posted by Gangplank on Riderforums and thank you! I have been wanting to be on a forum a little closer to home, info on group rides, track days, ect. Looking forward to being a member here.

Welcome home we are all well mostly in the Carson-Reno. Thursdays are pizza night at Blvd pizza on rock. Other than that most of us have been laying low due to temps. You picked a good timew to come on as you will get to kind of know us before you ride with us. Do you know anyone already on the forum personally?

Just Kidding Daniella, Welcome to the form. This place is a great resource and has some great people. There is everything from top AFM racers to those of us who putt putt on Sunday rides and have more chicken strips than KFC.  What kind of riding are you into and looking for? |

Are you sure that's such a good thing? no but i figured that would be a little warning to her lol really we are fun peeps and are pretty close as far as friendships go as they say in some neigborhoods "we got yo back bro" or to be poitically correct "sista" |

I have three seasons in the saddle and do all my riding with my husband, except for commuting to work. I work nights so my rec. riding is all on the weekends or Monday mornings. |

To Redleader - This past summer we went to Miller Raceway to see the world superbike races and my one time on the track, ya it was a parade lap but that's all it took! Next year's vacation is going to be track school, probably in Las Vegas. In August we rode to Mt. Hood, Oregon, to Crater Lake, to Arkata, Napa and back home, ten days. When we ride locally we usually go up Geiger through Virginia City and down Pedlar rode and back again or we take I-80 to 89N to 49 and stop in Blairsden for lunch and take 395S home. My chicken strips are minimal but that's because Dennis rides my bike too. I want to go to track school to become better at cornering. I hope this answers your question about what sort of riding I like to do. Oh ya, ATGATT!!

Daniella your in luck. Three of us (me, justin(o), and Chad (Qui Chang) are starting a trackday provider that will be running trackdays at RFR next year. Come on out next year and ride with us - "Precision Trackdays" - you'll be able to get some instruction & learn to corner and handle your 650 better.  |

btw, forgot to mention Daniella, my wife also rides a 650r (and rides the track). It's a great bike.
